We often work with clients who have exciting visions for renovating their homes but aren’t sure where to begin. Their ideas often involve moving internal walls, but understanding the final layout and how it affects the functionality of a home can be challenging.

In this package, we visit your site, take extensive measurements, discuss your initial ideas and renovation goals before you pick up the sledgehammer. We come up with floor plan option/s, detailing the extent of demolition work required. These plans guide discussions with your builder and where necessary assist your building team and trades.

This package can act as a stand alone service or create a framework that seamlessly leads into our full interior design service.
