KATE MOSS
Creative Director
A proud Tasmanian, Kate follows a simple ethos: to enrich people’s day-to-day lives through confident, personalised design. Born and bred in Tasmania, Kate appreciates the state’s creative spirit but also recognised a large gap within the market for more detailed, playful interiors that really celebrated the home owners personalities and lifestyles.
Celebrating colour, texture and innovative solutions, her focus is on creating considered and layered spaces that go deeper than the selection of beautiful furnishings or decor. “Where no two homes are the same, neither are two families and I believe it is a greater understanding in to how people live and attention to detail that will result in a space you never want to leave”. It is the balance between functionality and contrasts, highlighting the beauty in the process.
ROSE KISELEV
Creative Director
Rose’s journey in the world of design began 8 years ago in Queensland, Australia. By the end of 2020, life brought her to Hobart, where she proudly established We Ponder - an esteemed products company specialising in Tasmanian lighting. It was here she met Kate, and we quickly realised our shared passion for great design and complimentary client bases, leading us to join forces for a more impactful collaboration.
At the core of her design approach is the amplification of her client's vision and needs. She recognises that finding the perfect balance between form and function is crucial to a project’s success. Effective communication and teamwork are central to her process. Rose collaborates closely with architects, builders, and tradespeople to seamlessly execute designs, while keeping her client’s goals at the forefront.
Dana Stankevicius
Design Assistant
Raised in Tasmania, Dana graduated with a Bachelor of Design from UTAS at the end of 2021. Majoring in object design with a focus on furniture, she discovered that great design is both beautiful and functional. Taking subjects like sustainable housing and architectural spaces deepened her love for local Tasmanian housing and architecture, sparking her passion for interior design. Dana now enjoys working alongside Rose and Kate, gaining valuable experience and learning the skills involved in interior design and spatial planning.

Woof, we are Laurie and Dottie, the dynamic doggy duo who keep things lively around here. Our job? Greeting guests with enthusiastic tail wags and happy barks, making sure everyone feels right at home.
Our walks around Hobart inspire us (and our team) to cherish the little joys in life and as design companions, we make sure our team are designing all their projects to be pet-friendly.
